ONE Year NO QUESTIONS ASKED warranty.
- If your rod breaks from normal use or manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, we will either replace the section that broke or in some instances, replace the entire rod with a brand new one.
- If the damage is caused from misuse or an accident (we’ve all slammed a rod tip in the car door) we will replace the broken section for a small fee (varies by rod model, see below).
Lifetime Warranty Or Replacement Policy
- If your rod is damaged or broken after the 1 Year NO QUESTIONS ASKED warranty timeframe, we will still replace any parts or even a full rod, for a small replacement fee (see below), if that is what’s needed to get you back on the water. No need to mail anything in, just send us a photo of the damage and we will get a replacement out to you ASAP.
