The WRC High Stick is a 10′ 3wt euro nymphing rod for trout and also casts very well. We chose a standard, up-locking reel seat that works well with the design. The action on this rod is fast with a soft tip to feel the slightest nibble of a shy trout. We wanted to keep the value and usability at the forefront for our customers and this nymphing rod does just that!

Absolutely love this rod! Been testing it out all summer in a small creek on smallies and rock bass. Has the backbone to hurl a SA 5wt double taper to the backing, but has a super sensitive tip. Currently dabbling in mono rigs and tight line nymphing. Can feel every bump and nibble. I have no doubt this rod will do well this fall for trout season! Thank you for a great rod that doesn’t hurt your wallet, or piss off the wife!
